Keeping Active
Did you know... children should be active for at least 60 minutes a day? That's one whole hour where you should be moving about, getting out of breath and exercising your body. Keeping active is more than just running about though. Activities include walking, cycling, dancing, yoga and a whole range of sports and activities.
Exercise makes sure that your bones and muscles grow strong but also that your brain grows healthy too! Exercise releases special chemicals in your body that can help you feel happier! Check out some of our ideas below to get you moving.
